I have visited on four occasions, once as overnight patient. On all occasions I simply can’t praise all at hospital highly enough.from reception to doctors all is carried out with total professionalism.

I was cared for extremely well by a great team of doctors, Kind friendly nurses and helpful support staff. There was always someone available to help and advise day and night with little mishaps and problems. Between them they made a worrying experience almost a pleasure in their clean, bright environment. Thank you so much all so much at Benenden Hospital

Benenden hospital was very clean ,no waiting time I was seen on all 3 visit on time , all the staff are friendly and helpful, I would recommend Benenden to all my family and friends.

I would recommend using the inpatient and outpatient services available at Benenden Hospital to anyone. The hospital is spotlessly clean and modern, very well run, all staff are courteous and professional in their dealings with patients and I could find no fault with my recent day-case operation or the outpatient appointments before and afterwards.

Everyone in Benenden did all they could to make my stay and treatment as enjoyable as possible. The surgeon Mr Ahmed Hamouda and the anaethetist (whose name sadly, I forget), came to see me before the operation to ask if I was OK and to confirm what was going to happen. They both took the time to answer my questions.
All the staff who attended me were kind, attentive, and professional.
I was particularly impressed by the theatre nurse who put a warm blanket over my bare legs, and the nurse who looked after me as I was recovering from the anaesthetic, and who helped me with personal hygeine.

I stayed here for my private gastric sleeve weight loss surgery on 18/01/2018 for 3 nights and I simply cannot recommend Benenden hospital enough.
From the caring, patient staff and clean, modern surroundings to the efficient professionalism and free parking, tea and coffee!
This is exactly how a hospital is supposed to be. I would tell anyone interested in seeking a hospital to certainly have a look here. They will put your needs first, with enough time and energy to be able to concentrate on you as an individual - scheduling appointments quickly around your timetable. Ensuring the consultation process is easily accessible and runs smoothly. They really know what they're doing and I wouldn't hesitate to use this hospital again (if I needed to!).

Benenden was such a refreshing change to our local hospital. Not only clean and tidy, but every single member staff was so kind and caring. Nothing was too much trouble, and it was nice to see that they did not congregate around the nurses station talking all day. They really did work hard but if I needed help I did not feel that I had interrupted them. This is what hospitals should be about and it is about time other hospitals reviewed how they act - we are patients and should always be put first. This is exactly what Benenden does and I am so grateful that they were able to fund my treatment.

Clean, calm, welcoming. All staff very professional the standard of care is second to none. Beautiful homely accommodation, yet state of the art equipment if needed.

NHS hospitals are failing and Benenden is a great affordable alternative. The doctors, nurses and staff treat you with such care and respect it makes you feel wonderful - and that is before the treatment starts. Easy to get to, easy to park, easy to find your way around, and best of all the treatment can be when you want it, and not the other way around.
